Making money when you buy a home through HomeOwners Advantage is easy.  The fewer the homes you look at before buying the more commission you'll receive at closing.

The amount of commission you receive is related to the amount of homes viewed:

• View 1-5 homes and receive 50% of my commission at closing
• View 6-15 homes and receive 25% of my commission at closing
• Vew 16-30 homes and receive 10% of my commission at closing

For example, if you viewed three homes and bought the third one for $425,000 (at a 2.5% commission payout) then you'd receive $5,312.50 at closing.  $425000 x 2.5% = $10,625.00.  Since we only viewed three properties then you would get 50% of the commission or $5,312.50.

If this home was the 8th home we viewed then you would receive $2,656.25 (25% of $10,625 is $2,656.25).
If this home was the 28th home we viewed then you would receive $1,062.50 (10% of $10,625 is $1,062.50).
