Getting started is easy.  Follow the simple steps below and you can be listed in the Realtor's MLS in as little as 60 minutes. Fax all paperwork to 815-744-4928. 

Step 1: Permission

You must give permission to list your home. Download the listing agreement which gives us permission to place your home in the MLS.

Step 2: Property Information Sheet

Choose one of the following MLS Property Information Sheets:

Single Family Home
Condo, Townhome, Coach Home, etc.
Vacant Land
Rental
2-4 Unit

Step 3: Disclosures

Whether selling by owner or with a Realtor, the state of Illinois requires certain disclosures. Choosing 'All Disclosures' is a single file with all the required disclosures. Otherwise, you can choose the individual disclosures separately. Each disclosure must be completed.

Lead Based Paint Disclosure
Mold Disclosure  
Radon Disclosure  

* Disclosures are not required to get your listing published but must be received by a buyer before an offer can be accepted.

Step 4: Pictures

Step 5: Make Payment

You do not have to make a payment today. Once your listing is completed and approved you will be sent an invoice. Payment will be required within 3 business days. Click here to choose your service and make a payment.
