In my conversations and transactions
with you, you've never been
anything but professional. I
appreciate you letting me know
as I would not have even thought
you didn't receive. But, sometimes
mail does get lost, or takes
the long route to get to its
destination. I was certain I
mailed it almost 2 wks ago but
just wanted to double check
with my bank. I would not have
wanted you to not get paid ...
especially since you did such
a fine job for us. Tim and I
both appreciate your guidance,
advise, responsiveness, etc.
and we learned so much about
the process that we will be
the wiser next time around.
And we'll certainly use your
services again as we saved $12k
in realtor commissions - even
after paying 2.5%!!! Hopefully
we won't be moving too soon
again as it tends to be a stressful

While visiting realtor.com, I
came across several properties
listed by Homeowners Advantage.
I clicked on your affordablelistings.com
website and found that everything
you said made perfect sense to
me. As I wanted to sell my suburban
condo and move to downtown Chicago,
I contacted you and listed my
condo. I agreed to pay a selling
agent 2 1/2% commission. In just
a few days you had my property
listed in the MLS services, in
realtor.com, and in chicagotribune.com.
Within 10 days I had a buyer.
We closed about 2 months later
and I'm now in my new home in
downtown Chicago. The entire process
of selling and buying couldn't
have gone smoother. Your professionalism
was a big help and is appreciated.
As my buyer saw my property through
an agent, I paid the agent 2 1/2%
and kept the other 2 1/2% or $6,600.
If my buyer had contacted me directly
